The Virtual option will give you full access to the virtual event platform. You will be able to access ALL sessions, including Masterclasses, either via livestream or on-demand playback. You will also have multiple ways to engage live with the conference attendees via the virtual event platform. This includes virtual exhibition booths and one-on-one partnering tools.
For attendee registrations, a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee will be made if cancellations are received 1 week before the event or you can transfer to any of our virtual events or webinars. No refunds will be made after this date. For cancellations thereafter, the pass will remain valid for two years from date of issue.
Payments may be made by American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, checks, or wire transfer.
Your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization or you may use the credit towards a future event, as long as the future event occurs within 365 days of the original event date. If you would like to send a replacement, please let us know as soon as possible so we may update the registration information in our system to ensure a smooth check-in on-site.
Please Note: Speakers and agenda are subject to change. In the event of a speaker cancellation, significant effort to find a suitable replacement will be made. In case of conference cancellation, conference and conference organizer liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only.
Each participant acknowledges that the conference organizer may record video and/or still images and/or audio of the conference activities. By your presence at the conference, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and recorded as part of the release in video and/or any media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by your presence at the conference, you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or other consideration.
